This platform (operated under Neon Digital) functions as a Data Fiduciary regarding the personal information collected from store visitors, customers, and registered merchant tenants. We are committed to safeguarding personal data in adherence to the provisions of the DPDP Act, 2023.

2. What Personal Data We Process

We only collect and process personal data that is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of digital catalog interactions and commercial operations:

Customer / Buyer Data: Name, phone number / WhatsApp handle, delivery address, and order item preferences provided during catalog checkout.
Merchant Tenant Data: Business name, representative name, contact email, WhatsApp number, store location, and billing identifiers.
Technical Data: Essential session cookies, IP addresses, and browser signatures used strictly for session security and anti-fraud defense.

3. Purpose Limitation & Consent

Personal data is processed exclusively for order dispatching, WhatsApp conversation routing, invoice generation, customer support, and platform security. We never sell, lease, or monetize personal data to third-party ad brokers.

Under the DPDP Act, you are entitled to exercise the following fundamental statutory rights:
